FAQ

Straight answers about how we work, pricing, timelines, print & production and where we work, for businesses looking for an outsourced graphic design department.

Working with GREGER

GREGER.solutions works as your outsourced graphic design department: one senior partner who owns the whole visual side of your business, from strategy to final files. You get the range of a full team (brand, print, packaging, web, UI/UX, motion) with a direct line to the person doing the work, without hiring in-house or juggling several freelancers. Every project starts from your business goals, not just a brief.

Directly. You talk to the senior designer doing the work: no account managers, no telephone game. That means faster iterations, fewer misunderstandings and a clear, organised process from first concept to delivery.

Yes. That is the core of how we work. Many clients keep GREGER on as their ongoing outsourced design department: a reliable partner who already knows the brand, scales up for launches and down between projects, and keeps everything consistent across every touchpoint.

Send a short brief or just describe the task on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. We reply within one business day, confirm the scope and timeline, and start, often the same day for smaller requests.

Pricing & terms

It depends on scope. We work two ways: fixed packages for defined deliverables, and an hourly rate for ongoing or open-ended work. After a short brief we send a clear quote with no hidden costs. For package details and current rates, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Both. Packages suit clearly-defined projects: a brand identity, a menu, a website. Hourly suits ongoing support and evolving work where the scope changes. We recommend whichever is more cost-effective for your task.

No lock-in. You can pause or end the agreement at any time, with no restrictions or penalties. You only pay for work delivered. The relationship stays because it works, not because of a contract.

Timelines & turnaround

It depends on the task, but we are built for speed. Small, well-defined requests (a social post, a price change on a menu, a one-page layout) can often be delivered the same day. Larger projects like a full brand identity or website run on an agreed schedule with clear milestones.

Yes. Because you work directly with the designer, there is no queue of briefs and account managers in between. For urgent needs we prioritise and, where the task allows, turn it around the same day.

A focused brand identity usually takes a couple of weeks; a fuller system with brand book, print and web takes longer. After the brief we give you a realistic schedule and stick to it.

Print & production

Yes. We produce printed materials end-to-end. We know the press: we recommend the right paper, finishes (foil, spot UV, embossing) and formats, foresee production nuances before they cost you, and deliver either print-ready files or the finished pieces.

Everything from a single business card to full catalogues and brochures: menus, packaging, rollups and banners, accreditations, matchday programmes, large-format and exhibition graphics. Bilingual and Arabic (RTL) layouts included.

Yes. We manage high-volume runs and complex, multi-part production (coordinating paper, finishing and logistics) so the whole job lands consistent and on time, however many pieces or moving parts it has.

Yes. We produce in-house and ship anywhere in the world: clients across the EU, Cyprus and the UAE receive finished print regularly.

GREGER.solutions is based in the Riga area (Mārupe), Latvia, and works remotely with clients worldwide.

We work with brands across Latvia, the European Union, Cyprus and the UAE (including Riga, Dubai and Limassol) and take on remote projects worldwide.

English, Latvian and Russian. We also produce bilingual and Arabic (RTL) layouts for menus, packaging and print.

Yes. We are on Eastern European Time (EET) and work comfortably with clients across Europe, the Gulf and beyond. Most communication is async over email, WhatsApp or Telegram, so time zones are rarely a blocker.
